User Flow

Figjam (part of Figma's product design suite) has all the tools you need to create a user flow with standard notation. You can also use Brooke Clifton's user flow template to get you started: https://www.figma.com/board/lXJzbGt5yoWtXt55PpnkwC/User-flow-template--Community-?node-id=0-1&t=h0VjnH1rhk8scMlS-1

Links to an external site.

Choose 2 tasks that a user may need to complete such as creating a login or creating and completing a "to-do".  Create a user flow for each of those tasks.

Submit a link to your Figjam user flow.

Ensure the "Who has access" setting is set to "everyone".
Refer to Figma's documentation for assistance: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040531773-Share-files-and-prototypes

Each student will select an artist, designer, or photographer to research.

The student must select one designer to write a 500-word report summarizing:

  • The life;
  • Career accomplishments; and
  • The student’s reaction to the designer’s work.

Please use the Artist, Designer, or Photographer Sign-Up page to indicate the person you have selected to research so that there are no repeats.

The paper must be submitted via Canvas through the assignment link.

Submit the text through the Text Submission button and not the Comment field to receive credit.

The paper must include citations of all references, including websites in the bibliography

NO COLOR IN WIREFRAMING

1. Don’t hold back when sketching. Sketch lots of ideas instead of
settling on your first idea.
2. NO COLOR! No aesthetic detail. You are blocking material and
establishing hierarchy.
3. Focusing on placing:
Navigation (menus, tabs, breadcrumbs)
Content areas (text blocks, images, videos)
Buttons and CTAs (Calls to Action)
Input fields (forms, search bars)
Feedback indicators (alerts, modals, status messages)
